Pins still in from wardrobe fitting! Weight of head falling forward 1st demo…. Had to make it secure from back to stay on while looking down or sideways! Held together by wardrobe pins….. Was used for testing…. Never intended for park…. The final product as you know had pink where the red was and the characters head never really looked straight down like other characters could. The sixth diorama from WDI shows the Disneyland Main Street Station (pink with gray roof and 2 flags flying) with the Disneyland Railroad train (red) in front of it (3-D). The “base” of the pin is the Disneyland flower garden (just inside the entrance to Disneyland, shown here in green and yellow) with a large Mickey Mouse face in the center. A fence is seen along the leading border (which is slightly curved or rounded) of the pin. A hidden Mickey flag flies from the left-side building rooftop, and an American Flag is on top of the clock tower on the right. Pin measures 2″ wide X 2.5″ tall X 1 deep.
