The box is squished. It will be calculated using the same policy as listed above. Most of my pins listed are 15-20+ years old. They are USED, unless otherwise specified, and therefore may have imperfections not visible in the images. Enamel “scratches” over time with use, fades, discolors, could have pin holes from manufacturing, posts may be loose, and the enamel sometimes cracks. I have done my best to represent each item in the photo taken, and in the item description. If you feel you need additional pictures taken you must reach out to me before purchasing. All photos are taken with an iPhone 14 Pro Max using Photoroom Pro for clear, well-lit images. High-resolution photography can make minor imperfections appear more pronounced than they are in hand. After more than 27 years in the hobby, I can say with confidence that finding truly “perfect” pins is rare. Plastic sleeves may be removed briefly for photography and replaced immediately afterward, provided they accompanied the pin when I originally acquired it. Pricing is based primarily on current and historical market data rather than what I originally paid. Because values fluctuate, items may occasionally be listed at or below cost. Pins that surface only a few times a year, or not at all, are priced accordingly due to their difficulty to replace. Cast Member and non-retail pins remain my primary focus and specialty. Reasonable offers are always welcome, though flexibility is often limited. As a collector first, I focus on pins that were earned, awarded, or issued outside traditional retail channels. After more than 27 years in this hobby, I have watched the market cycle many times. New releases often command high prices due to online promotion and the steady influx of new collectors, while older pins quietly fade from view. Yet history has repeatedly shown that long-term value tends to favor earlier, scarcer pieces, especially Cast Member pins that were never intended to be commodities in the first place. With well over 300,000 Disney pin designs now known to exist, and new discoveries still surfacing, the best advice I can offer is to look backward as much as forward. There is nothing wrong with collecting new releases, but the strongest long-term pieces are usually those with a direct connection to Disney’s history, its parks, and its people. Those are the pins that have consistently held their ground over time and continue to maintain some of the strongest demand among true Disney collecting aficionados, while historically offering the greatest potential for long-term appreciation. Many of my offerings represent a category of Disney memorabilia that was never intended for retail sale, but rather issued through service, recognition, achievement, or internal distribution. Pieces like these carry a direct connection to the parks and the Cast Members who operated them, setting them apart from modern retail releases. While new pins often command attention through promotion and novelty, long-term collector value has historically favored older, scarcer examples with documented institutional significance. For collectors focused on heritage rather than hype, these are the pieces that tend to endure. Description: Celebrate the golden era of Disney pin trading with the “Pin Trader’s Dream” Super Jumbo-an LE 500 release from Disney’s Pin Celebration 2007 (Where Dreams HapPin) at Walt Disney World. The piece spotlights Mickey Mouse dressed as Main Street U. S Scoop Sanderson, leaning against a corkboard laden with fantasy grails and event icons under the banner Unlimited Trades/No Time Limit. The board itself features layered details-five pins are pin-on-pin-while Pluto rests by Mickey’s suitcase, a wink to Scoop’s story. Design and scale are part of the appeal: this is a true super-jumbo display, measuring roughly 5.5? X 5.5? , with glossy enamel fields and gold-tone metal that command presence on any pin board or in a case. Limited to only 500 pieces, originals surface infrequently; when they do, they’re often pursued by event historians, Scoop collectors, and super-jumbo specialists alike. What to check: clean edges and plating, intact posts, legible backstamp (event logo/2007 pin-trading logo/LE 500), and original event backer where available. Given the pin’s heft, verify tight clutch fit or replace with locking backs for safe display. This is a centerpiece-level pin that captures the atmosphere of WDW’s mid-2000s trading scene-a statement piece for any advanced Disneyana pin collection. Year of Release: 2007. Where Released: Walt Disney World. Traders Having This Pin: 10. Traders Wanting This Pin: 72. Backer Card: Yes (Box). Pin Central # 111929. Edition Type/Size: LE 500.
