Its rare to find this item in New condition. The scene comes to life when fully illuminated (AC adapter cord included; On/Off switch located on the side of the Fire Station). The windows and doors light up and the individual wreaths change color from red to green. Dalmatian puppies dot the landscape around the fire station on Main Street, adding to the quaint and picturesque charm of this classic scene from Disney. The item measures approximately 9 inches high, 5 1/2 inches wide, 7 inches deep. Complete presentation sealed in the collectible box, with instructions, AC adapter, etc. Condition: Brand New in the original box. Contents are still enclosed beneath the factory-sealed Styrofoam packaging. Box exterior shows light edge-wear, mainly in the top corners. The item was owned by a serious collector who preserved it in its brand new (contents unopened) condition. Each item is packaged with care, using sustainable materials to the extent possible. Up for sale is rare and hard to find seasonal Disney Village Haunted Mansion. It is in original box with price tag from 2009. The house lights up as should and glows a creepy orange at night. It does have the box hat ghost out front. These have been retired for some time and is not a Dept 56 item. Comes with power cord as well. Note item is used and is missing the N /S pole on roof.
