This set of pins was issued as one per month for 12 months. Playing the role of Scoop Sanderson, Main Street, U. ® Gazette reporter, Mickey Mouse gets the “scoop” in this unique, pin-of-the month collection. In each limited-edition pin, Mickey will reveal fun facts or interesting tidbits about classic Disney attractions. The pin is mounted on a backer card that resembles The Main Street Gazette newspaper. The back of the card contains the rest of the story. The pins in this set are as follows. Test Track – This pin shows Mickey driving a test track car with multiple (5) Goofy Test Track Dummies looking sick in the back. The car is white with yellow and black markings. Soarin’ – Mickey reports from the Soarin’ Attraction Epcot®. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – Mickey reports from the Big Thunder Mountain Attraction Magic Kingdom®. Kilimanjaro Safaris® Expedition – Mickey reports from the Kilimanjaro Safaris® Expedition at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Pins include a pin-on-pin element. Pins measure approximately 1 ¾” H x 1 ¾” W. Pins are a Limited Edition of 2000; they were released in 2008. Every effort has been made to accurately describe these pins and include clear photographs.
